Assistant Professor Dr. Rafid Basheer Al-Tawil, a faculty member in the Department of Internal Medicine at Al-Nahrain College of Medicine, provided a catheterization medical service on the second day of Eid al-Adha at the Catheterization Unit of Al-Imamain Al-Kadhimain Medical City Hospital. The patient, a fifty-year-old Egyptian national, was suffering from a myocardial infarction. A drug-eluting stent was successfully placed in the right coronary artery. After the catheterization procedure, the patient was discharged in good health, praise be to God.
