Prof. Dr. (Haider Ahmed Shamran), a member of the faculty / medical research unit, obtained a patent from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control at the Ministry of Planning entitled (Determining the genetic variation in the genes of some interleukins to be used as genetic indicators for early detection of bladder cancer) association with Prof. Dr. Subhi Jawad Hamzah) College of Biotechnology / Al-Nahrain University and Dr. (Hamsa Ahmad Jassim) / Institute of Genetic Engineering. The innocence aims to determine the relationship between the genotype of five cytokines, L1-, 1L6-, 1L8-, 1L7-, TGF and its relationship to the incidence and development of bladder cancer. The results of interleukin-1 showed a positive relationship between the genotype of (T) allele at site 1.566. = 95% ts, = 4.263 0R, 44CL, 11.603 as well as the genotype for G allele in situ. (180046, ts for necrosis factor), and these results enhance the genetic variation relationship of interleukin-1 and growth factor (TGF).
