**Title**: Surgical Resection of a Recurrent Tumor from the Thoracic Spinal Canal in a 71-Year-Old Patient with Special Needs

A 71-year-old patient with special needs, suffering from lower limb weakness due to a tumor compressing the thoracic spinal cord, underwent a successful tumor resection. The thoracic vertebrae were reopened, and the tumor was completely removed during a continuous five-hour operation. The patient was discharged from the hospital in excellent health just two days after the procedure, thanks to a successful outcome.
