Withthe guidanceof Mr. Dean, Professor Dr. Alaa GhaniHussein, a meeting was held with the Head of the Studies, planning and Follow-upDivision,and a number of itsemployees,a number of reportersof theScientific Branches and the Headsof the scientific and administrative divisions. The meeting was aboutthe importance of statistics and the database where many issues were discussed including;explaining the importance of statistics at the present time relating to the total budget, and refinance. In addition to,theyexplainhow to fill inStatistics formsand avoid makingmistakeswheretables are linked together. The meeting also emphasized onthe importance of providinga data base in eachbranch at the college to contain theachievements of the branches,their activities and information about theemployees of eachbranch with the need to adhere to the final time set by the university and avoid delays as much as possible.
